    1. yes there are numerous plugins which can be used to automatically post your blog post to Twitter, Facebook etc. Though I haven’t used any of them but I am sure it would do.
      One of the trusted plugin I think is Jetpack which is developed by WP team itself.. you can try it, but I think it might charge you for auto tweet, if so you can try some free plugins
